The 2024 RBC Heritage Spectators’ Guide: Schedule, Parking & More

RBC Heritage

The 56th annual RBC Heritage presented by Boeing will take place April 15-21, 2024, on Harbour Town Golf Links in Sea Pines Resort.

Here’s everything you need to know about this year’s Hilton Head Island PGA Tour stop:

The schedule

Spectators allowed in starting on Day 2: Tuesday, April 16

The course opens up to spectators on Day 2 of the RBC Heritage Classic: Tuesday, April 16.

Though this marks Day 2 of the event and Day 1 of spectators being allowed in, Tuesday is a day of practice rounds for the pros. Watch the professionals play at their own discretion after the parade and Opening Ceremonies. Want to take your own photos? Cameras are allowed on Tuesday and Wednesday ONLY (lens must be smaller than 6”). No cameras allowed during competition play.

The Opening Ceremonies kick off the 56th annual RBC Heritage at noon with a parade beginning at Liberty Oak at Harbour Town Yacht Basin and ending on the 18th green. Defending Champion Matt Fitzpatrick, Heritage Classic Foundation board members, volunteers and state dignitaries will march in the parade around Harbour Town Yacht Basin to the sounds of the Citadel’s Regimental Pipe Band.

Later in the day, children 15 and under are invited to Youth Day activities on the Heritage Lawn from 1-3 p.m.

Day 3: Pro-Am from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 17

Days 4&5: The first and second rounds of the tournament. Thursday & Friday, April 18-19

All professionals will tee off on the first tee on both days.

Start times are 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Day 6: Plaid Nation Day — Wear Your Plaid with Pride! Saturday, April 20

Saturday marks the third round of the golf tournament — and the annual Plaid Nation Games will be held on the Heritage Lawn from 12-2 p.m. Make sure to wear your plaid!

Starting times for the third round: 7:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Day 7: Sunrise Service & the Final Round, Sunday, April 21

Join local ministers for a nondenominational prayer and music at a Sunrise Service at Harbour Town’s Liberty Oak starting at 7:30 a.m. Hear a testimonial from the scheduled special guest, Ted Scott, caddie of PGA TOUR  Pro and World #1 Scottie Scheffler. The service is open to the public and everyone is welcome, so bring a friend! Tournament tickets are not needed to attend.

Then watch the Final Round of the tournament! Starting times for the final round: 7:30 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Trophy presentation will take place on the 18th green immediately following the close of play.
