About Charlie Wilmot

Born and raised right here in Sea Pines! Shortly after graduating from Auburn University in 2017, I shortly moved back to Sea Pines to start working with my mom, Lindsay Bunting. We have been working together now for 6+ years and I am truly learning from one of the best on the Island. I have watched my mom live, eat and breathe Real Estate since I was little boy. We have a great dynamic with her long time expertise in the business and my eagerness to continue to learn and build our client relationships. I am very proud to say that I am a 3rd generation Realtor!

With over 30 years of growing up and living in Sea Pines, my wife, Lilly, and I are very lucky to call Sea Pines home and raise our daughter, Stella, here. We love going to the Quarterdeck or Beach Club for an afternoon cocktail or going on date nights to Links in Harbour Town. With Stella being born February of 2025, we plan to have many afternoons at the Harbour Town Playground.
